YOUR PRIVACY AT ASYSCRAFT

Asyscraft Technologies ("AsysCraft", "we", "us" or "our") operates the website asyscraft.com and provides web, software, mobile app and digital marketing services. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit our website or contact us, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the enquiries we receive through it. Projects we build for clients are governed by the agreement we sign with that client.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you submit the contact form on our website, we collect your name, email address, phone number and the details of the message you write. If you email us, call us or apply for a role advertised on our careers page, we receive whatever information you choose to send us, including any attachments such as a CV.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours records technical information when you browse: your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, referring page, the pages you view and the time you spend on them. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies used by the analytics and advertising services described in section 4.

We do not ask for and do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data such as government identifiers, financial account numbers, health data or biometric data through this website. Please do not include such details in the contact form.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and discuss a possible project with you;
  • deliver, support and improve the services you have engaged us for;
  • consider your application if you apply for a position with us;
  • understand how our website is used so we can improve its content, structure and performance;
  • display advertising on our website and measure how it performs;
  • keep our website and systems secure and prevent misuse or fraud;
  • meet our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations in India.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Where the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 applies, we process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form or accept cookies, and for the legitimate uses that Act permits. Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for analytics and advertising cookies and for marketing communications, on the necessity of processing to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and to perform that contract, on our legitimate interests in running and securing our business, and on compliance with a legal obligation.

4. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising

Cookies are small files placed on your device. We use strictly necessary cookies to make the website work, and the following third-party services that set their own cookies:

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand traffic and visitor behaviour in aggregate — which pages are popular, how visitors arrive and which devices they use. Google processes this data on our behalf and may store it outside India. You can opt out across all websites with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Google AdSense. We display advertising supplied by Google. Google and its partners use cookies and device identifiers to serve and measure ads, and may personalise those ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can review and change your ad settings at Google My Ad Center and read how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Meta Pixel. We use the Meta Pixel from Facebook and Instagram. It records that you visited pages on this website and whether you submitted an enquiry, and allows us to show you our advertising when you later use Facebook or Instagram, and to measure whether that advertising works. Meta may combine this with information it already holds about your account. You can control what you see through Meta Ad Preferences, and read how Meta uses data from businesses at Meta's privacy policy.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking cookies will not stop you from browsing our website, but parts of it may behave differently.

5. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell your personal data and we do not rent or trade mailing lists. We share data only with:

  • EmailJS, which delivers contact-form submissions to our company mailbox;
  • Google (Analytics and AdSense), as described above;
  • Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram), for the advertising and measurement described above;
  • our hosting and email providers, who store the website and the messages we receive;
  • professional advisers and authorities, where we are required to disclose data by law, by a court, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

Some of these providers operate servers outside India. Where data is transferred abroad, we use providers that commit to appropriate safeguards and process the data only for the purposes we specify.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

Enquiries are kept for up to three years from our last correspondence with you so we can pick up the conversation where it left off. Records relating to a signed contract are kept for as long as the engagement lasts and afterwards for the period required by Indian tax and company law. Job applications are kept for up to one year unless you ask us to delete them earlier. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics.

7. Your Rights

Subject to the law that applies to you, you may ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy of it, correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete, erase data we no longer have a reason to keep, withdraw a consent you previously gave, and — under the GDPR — restrict or object to certain processing or receive your data in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, write to info@asyscraft.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India or, in the EU or UK, to your local supervisory authority.

8. Security

Our website is served over HTTPS, and access to the mailboxes and systems holding enquiry data is restricted to the staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security; if a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

9. Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-Party Links

Our website links to external sites, including our social media profiles. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to read their policies before sharing information with them.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our services, technology or the law changes. The revised version takes effect when it is published here, and the "last updated" date at the top of the page always reflects the most recent change. Please review it from time to time.
